DELFT CULTUURJAAR 2009

Made at buro Petr van Blokland + Claudia Mens. Commissioned by the city of Delft, in collaboration with Sonja Ammerlaan.

The cultural year contains all kind of events which focus on music, art, theatre and literature. The city of Delft wants to create more cultural involvement to its residents with the festival. A pop-out system was designed to organize different layers of information on top of pictures. The style of photography used for posters and flyers shows typical Delft city views with a twist.
A big “C” is placed between data and picture as a cultural divider.

I designed the identity of Delft Cultuurjaar 2009 (including additional art direction and photography).
